La Saeta: Open Letter to President Barack Obama

Mr. president:
Dallas, Texas. 09/30/16. Best regard. I know beforehand that this letter will not answer or his hand or that of one of his many advisers. His response, if any, must know the people who shouted requests it, however I do not consider unwise to insist on something that you. Can not ignore the pretext of his many commitments as head of the most powerful state in the world, with all that I know the army of bishops at their service, like trees, do not let him see the forest
In a rule of law, Lord, the right to life is the main achievement of the company, so the prohibition on killing is exhaustive and is involved in the penal codes of all countries in the world. No place to euphemisms which is distorting the legally protected. That is the cardinal priority of the state and those act as helmsman of the Republic. So true is this statement that the letter of Human Rights is a sine qua non for membership of the UN. United States, of course, self excluded for his imperial power of that obligation applies to the civilized world, synthesized in ‘manifestly criminal proceedings do not absolve from responsibility the agent who runs’. What it follows that no immune public server so that everyone, without exception, must submit to the rule of law and not the manual relieved of functions that manages his friend the chief of police, that discriminates between mercenaries and unarmed civilians.
United States is the only place in the world where the police have license 007. Slay black and Latino right and left without any judge take responsibility to judge, so much so that from 2013 to today they have been infamously killed more than three thousand (3000) civilians including children and adults. USA is one of the few countries in the world still considers the death penalty; but its application due to a penalty imposed by a jury and accepted by a judge, after having rituado a trial and proved beyond doubt that the incriminated is responsible for the crime that he is charged. What applies to civilians. US cops are excluded from this legal rite because it helps a dinosaur that is above law and constitution him: the rules, the tax police chief and venal; which guarantees them impunity. Police in the United States, Lord, is composed trained to kill in combat soldiers ex¬¬, it is time that the police make up civilians with brain civilians. Soldiers forget that the streets are not battlefield enemies or civilians that their obligation is to safeguard society and their quality of Mercenaries does not authorize them to act with impunity.
In 240 years of independence the government leaves bad memories to our community: deportations dissolved
thousands of family bonds; more children into the abyss of abandonment and more, many more people killed by uniformed criminals; as the country of the bars and stars strutting through the universal proscenium talking about democracy and threatening right and left who violates human rights. What a paradox!
With respect usual, Lord, I ask you, it is your duty or judicial authorities require compliance with the constitution and the law above the regulation and eliminate corruption in the police precincts? Do you live in a democracy when the police murder with impunity live TV and children and defenseless women? Why not a single police murderer sentenced in so far this century? But instead, if you please inform me how many Latinos and blacks have been killed in this century at the hands of criminal police?
I understand how dangerous this action being in between the CIA, dark voices of its creator Harry S. Truman, however given the impossibility of access to His Lordship group, I ask these questions in writing to be public knowledge in the hope that one day, not far off, Uncle Sam is bound by the international community to comply with the letter of Human Rights.
Colin Kaepernick not offend the majesty of the state to hear their national anthem sitting, it is a protest of a black who understands that racism is cancer that consumes the soul of Uncle Sam.

La Saeta: Carta abierta al Sr. Presidente Barack Obama

Señor Presidente:
Dallas, Texas. 09/30/16. Cordial saludo. Sé de antemano que esta carta no tendrá respuesta ni de su mano ni de la de uno de sus múltiples asesores. Su respuesta, de haberla, debe conocerla el pueblo que a gritos la solicita, empero no considero imprudente insistir en algo que Ud. no puede olvidar so pretexto de sus múltiples compromisos como Jefe del Estado más poderoso del mundo, a pesar que el ejército de lacayos a su servicio, como los árboles, no lo dejen ver el bosque.
En un Estado de Derecho, Señor, el derecho a la vida es el principal logro de la sociedad, por ello la prohibición de matar es taxativa y está inmersa en los códigos penales de todos los países en el mundo. No hay lugar a eufemismos que distorsionen cual es el bien jurídico tutelado. Esa es la prioridad cardinal del Estado y de quienes fungen como timoneles de la República. Tan cierta es esta afirmación que la carta de los Derechos Humanos es requisito sine qua non para pertenecer a la ONU. Estados Unidos, claro, se auto excluyó por su poder imperial de esa obligación que rige para el mundo civilizado, sintetizada en: ‘las actuaciones manifiestamente criminales no exoneran de responsabilidad al agente que las ejecuta’. De lo que se infiere que no hay servidor público inmune por lo que todos, sin excepción, deben someterse al imperio de la ley y no al socorrido manual de funciones que maneja su amigo el jefe de policía del lugar, que discrimina entre agentes mercenarios y civiles inermes.
Estados Unidos es el único lugar en el mundo en donde la policía cuenta con la licencia del agente 007. Asesina a negros y latinos a diestra y siniestra sin que ningún juez asuma la responsabilidad de juzgarlos, tanto es así que desde el año 2013 a hoy han sido infamemente asesinados más de tres mil (3000) civiles entre niños y adultos. Ud., Señor Presidente, tiene a mano las estadísticas que no me dejan mentir, por lo que respetuosamente pido que mediante sus poderes principescos, atavismo de la monarquía, presione y obtenga resultados judiciales en contra de los asesinos que se pavonean orondos por campos y ciudades después de anegar de dolor e inundar de lágrimas a familias de negros y latinos.
USA es de los pocos países en el mundo que aún contempla la pena de muerte; pero su aplicación obedece a una sanción impuesta por un jurado y aceptada por un juez, luego de haberse rituado un juicio y probado más allá de toda duda que el incriminado es responsable del ilícito que se le imputa. Lo que vale para los civiles. Los policías de USA se excluyen de ese rito legal porque les auxilia un dinosaurio que está por encima de le ley y la constitución: el reglamento, el jefe policial y fiscales venales; lo que les garantiza impunidad absoluta. El Sr. Secretario de Justicia y Usted Presidente, como jefe del ejecutivo, hacen mutis por el foro.
La policía en USA, Señoría, produce terror, no afecto. ¿Qué clase de democracia es esa?
La justicia es el bien supremo de la sociedad, de ella dijo Aristóteles ‘ la más excelente de las virtudes es la justicia’, lo que resulta un exabrupto en tierras del Tío Sam. A contrario sensu si ese genocidio se sucediera en Venezuela, Irán o Cuba, estas serían invadidas a saco bajo el pretexto de salvaguardar los derechos humanos, como lo han hecho ustedes en múltiples oportunidades.
Usted, Señor Presidente, juró cumplir con la constitución y la ley. No lo ha hecho, dejó prosperar ‘el reglamento’ policial por encima de la ley degradando la Carta que tutela la vida e integridad física de sus habitantes. Y no lo hizo para no malquistarse contra quienes poseen el poder real: las armas. Miles de ciudadanos (as) negros, como Usted, y latinos (as) subyacen en el fondo de las tinieblas a donde nuestra voz no alcanza en espera de una justicia que no llega.
La policía en los Estados Unidos, Señoría, está compuesta por ex-soldados entrenados para matar en combate, es hora de que la policía la compongan civiles con cerebro de civiles. Los soldados olvidan que las calles no son campo de batalla ni los civiles sus enemigos, que su obligación es la salvaguarda de la sociedad y que su calidad de mercenarios no les faculta para actuar con impunidad.
En 240 años de independencia su gobierno deja ingrato recuerdo a nuestra comunidad: deportaciones que disolvieron miles de uniones familiares; más niños al abismo del abandono y más, muchas más, personas asesinadas a manos de criminales uniformados; mientras el país de las barras y las estrellas se pavonea por el proscenio universal hablando de democracia y amenazando a diestra y siniestra a quien viole los derechos humanos. ¡Qué paradoja!
Con el respeto de costumbre, Señor, pregunto: ¿ debe o no exigir a las autoridades judiciales el cumplimiento de la constitución y la ley por encima del reglamento y eliminar la corrupción en los precintos policiales? ¿Se vive en democracia cuando la policía asesina impunemente en directo y por TV a niños y mujeres inermes? ¿Por qué no hay un solo asesino policial sentenciado en lo que va corrido del siglo XXI? Pero, en cambio, si, ruego me informe ¿cuántos latinos y negros han sido asesinados en el siglo a manos de policiales criminales?
Entiendo lo peligroso de esta acción estando de por medio la CIA, grupo tenebroso a voces de su creador Harry S. Truman, empero ante la imposibilidad de acceder ante Su Señoría, hago estas preguntas por escrito para que sean de público conocimiento en la esperanza que un día, no lejano, el Tío Sam sea obligado por la Comunidad Internacional a cumplir con la carta de los Derechos Humanos.
Colin Kaepernick no ofendió la majestad del Estado al oír sentado su himno nacional, es una protesta de un negro que entiende que el racismo es el cáncer que consume el alma del Tío Sam.
